with shuji in town for the weekend from tokyo, i thought it'd be good to at least show him little india while alex went for his uhmmm... singing lesson.
like any travels of all sorts, a gastronomical introduction to the the locale culinary experience is a must.
this tokyo boy sure can eat lots of curry and naan!
shuji had a nagging suspicion that something pot-bellied, cute, benevolent and has a long thick trunk was creeping up from behind...
inner court of the hindu temple, revealing the door ways into the inner sanctum... gorgeous artistry! when i have lots of money, i want my home to look as gorgeous as that!
he did try for the position of guardsman at the temple but they told him the doorway was just to ginormous for him...
girls... they just automatically fleet towards all that is shiny and glittery and glitzy and gold...
i tried to convince shuji it was considered auspicious to run around garlands of flowers while singing and dancing but he decided to stay put and posed for a shot instead... chuckle!
hell! the singapore tourism board had better take notice of a job well done here!
