Wishing Everyday's A Sunday

we made the best out of the whole of sunday before lichelle flew off the next day. we re-lived sunday brunch get-together at caffe beviamo.

sensing our presence around the vicinity, the hediard food boutique did a total lock down their prized chocolates and truffles vault...

... but we managed to visually pry into the vault

and we walked...

down to orchard road...

where we stuffed our faces with gelato from haato! woohoo!

jugs of gelatos... i mean, cups of gelatos!

lichelle and i did some shopping along orchard road, and adjourned to little india to get some groceries for her farewell dinner at my place.

in the afternoon, the whole gang descended upon the village...

...to give me instructions how to cut veges

the QC and kitchen inspection team comprising felicia and seto

so far so good... cooking underway...

while the rest continued lounging around...

and voila! dinner is served!

chicken kurma, potatooos, lady's fingers, blanced vege in oyster sauce...

and the rest immediately assembled around the dinner table for chow time...

after everyone had left, lichelle and i cleaned the place up... and we sat down in the living room on the last minutes of the remaining sunday night...
